These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Link Saver (“the Service”), a personal link-saving and reading-library application operated by Babajide Ogunsanya (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account, subscribing, or continuing to use the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Link Saver allows registered users to save web links, organize them into categories, add tags, mark favorites, and share categories with other registered users. Features and availability may change over time.
2. Account and eligibility
You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the Service.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, prohibitions on:
- using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
- spamming, phishing, fraud, or impersonating another person;
- infringing intellectual property rights or distributing malware;
- attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or bypass security measures;
- scraping, data mining, or reverse engineering the Service;
- interfering with other users’ accounts or access.
4. Intellectual property
Link Saver, its software, branding, documentation, and all related materials are owned by Babajide Ogunsanya and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes while your account is in good standing.
You retain ownership of the links, notes, and other content you save. By saving content, you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to operate the Service for you.
5. Service availability
We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control may cause downtime.
6. Payment, subscriptions, and Paddle
Link Saver offers a free plan and a Premium yearly subscription. Premium features, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are handled by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, which means Paddle processes payments, issues invoices, handles tax, and manages buyer support inquiries and returns.
Your subscription renews automatically each year unless you cancel it before the renewal date. You can cancel from your profile page; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period, and you keep Premium access until that date. 7. Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with Premium, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Refund requests are processed by Paddle. See our Refund Policy for details.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, engage in fraud or security abuse, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. You may delete your account at any time from your profile page.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties are disclaimed. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, data loss, or loss of goodwill. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the Service.
