This Privacy Notice explains how Babajide Ogunsanya (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares personal data when you use Link Saver (“the Service”). We act as the data controller for the personal data described below.

  • Content data: links, titles, descriptions, categories, tags, notes, and favorites you save in the Service.
  • Usage data: feature usage, access logs, and interaction data that help us keep the Service secure and improve it.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and timestamps.
  • Support data: messages and information you send when contacting us.

2. How we use your data

  • To create and manage your account and provide the Service.
  • To process authentication and keep your account secure.
  • To maintain access logs for security, fraud prevention, and abuse investigation.

4. Who we share data with

  • Paddle.com: our Merchant of Record for payments, subscription management, tax compliance, and invoicing. Paddle processes payment data as an independent controller for its own purposes.
  • Hosting and service providers: companies that provide infrastructure, analytics, and support tooling under strict confidentiality and security obligations.
  • Professional advisers: legal, accounting, and other advisers when necessary.
  • Authorities: when required by law or to protect our rights and users.

5. International transfers

Your data may be stored and processed outside your country of residence, including in regions that may not have the same data-protection laws. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions to protect your data.

6. Data retention

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we need to retain it to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to or withdraw consent for certain processing. The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe we have done so, please contact us and we will delete the data.
